To educate is the most important job in our daily life. That is why TAP`s motto is “First We Learn, Then We Teach”. We never stop learning, growing, and changing because knowledge is the key to success. We learn new things every day, including life lessons, through our trials and tribulations. We take these life lessons and pass them on to our children to prepare and teach them that education is the most valuable asset.
Being knowledgeable can allow a person to explore more options and because of the knowledge and capabilities a person might have the world has no limits.

Tennessee Aquatic Project and Development Group, LLC (TAP) aims to broaden the horizons of middle Tennessee youth from under-resourced communities. TAP offers life skills and unique opportunities through aquatic activities, outdoor exploration, and leadership experiences. TAP motivates young people to face their fears, find a sense of direction, and build confidence in their abilities.
TAP was founded in 1995.
We envision a future where youth are well-equipped to lead sustainable lives, contribute positively to their communities, and tackle the global challenges of tomorrow.
